At our farmhouse, each bar of soap, jar of body butter, and bottle of lotion is carefully handcrafted in small batches using thoughtfully chosen ingredients. Because of the personal nature of our products, we handle returns a little differently than big-box stores.

 

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used products.

 

However, your satisfaction truly matters to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to make it right.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can quickly send a replacement or offer a refund.

 

Allergy & Sensitivity Notice

Our products are made with natural oils, butters, and essential oils. Please review all ingredient lists carefully before purchasing. We cannot offer refunds for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

 

Refunds (if approved)

If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original form of payment within a few business days.
